Taco trucks are the best! I’ve seen this truck on my way back home from downtown almost every night and it’s always crackin! From what I could tell when I stopped to snap this picture is that it’s cheap, the locals always eat here, and there is a giant jug of horchata. All win if you ask me. See you there!

Saddle up and get your sugar on! Psycho donuts is the closest thing we have to voodoo donuts (portland) and they have a wide variety of the yummy to the over-the-top-sweet donuts. Come out and get a milk and a cocopuff donut and get some jitters. See you there!

Tuesday Night Ride 07.20.10 – Edge of Fremont / Piedmont Loop

Time for some rollers! We won’t be making it all the way into Fremont but just the city limits to get to scott cree road which is a fun road to bike down (steady decline for a mile or so). Come out and ride! PS. Please look at the map so you know where to go if you are ahead/behind of the group in the hill area! We will have a pitstop and a regroup to keep the group together and keep it a steady pace for any newcomers.

It’s finally light enough to have a some sun on a Saratoga ride! Possibly, the more adventurous will head out to Los Gatos and meet us at the Saratoga meet up, we shall see. Pitstop will be at the Safeway so you can get your nomz or muscle milk broh.

Thursday Night Social 07.08.10 – Falafel’s Drive In

Wooooo Falafel’s Drive In! It has been a staple in the South Bay for the past 50+ years and I can remember seeing that light up sign since I was a little kid! Tomorrow we’ll be heading out straight there to grub (since they close at 8 ) and then we’ll take a longer way back to downtown. They have 4 stars on yelp w/ more than 1000 reviews.. so if you’ve never had it before I suggest you try the banana milk shake and a small falafel (they’re still big) and some pita chips! And who knows, maybe the owner will be nice and kick us some free nomz before they close! Nom nom nom!

Looks like we’ll be headed to Sunnyvale this week. Pitstop will be to Target, and maybe this time we won’t need to buy dry socks since this seems to have been always a rainy ride. See you tomorrow!

That girl on their logo is a bit scary, but the froyo ain’t. Come cool off and get some cold treats. And before you go saying ‘this froyo place is better, complain, complain complain’ This is not the only froyo trip of the summer! We will be going to other froyo places! Oh and f0r the donut inclined… they sell psycho donuts here.

TNR 06.08.10 – Reverse Ranch Loop

Looks like most people are off of school and it calls to ride up to the ranch! We will be going
going to the ranch via the trail (passing hellyer) and coming up the back side of it. Rest at
the top and descend to the entrance. It is pretty fast and steep descent but it gives you plenty
of time to slow down and give you a slight hill to help you as well. And the same as descending
YB as well. See you tomorrow!
